We aim to describe and display our 3D printing services and parts accurately. Colours, proportions and finishes may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes, materials or photography. Part specifications, dimensions, intended use and any supplied safety instructions should be checked before ordering and use. If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your intended application, contact us before ordering.
Submitting an order or accepting a quotation is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a material or service is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and available payment methods are shown in your quotation or invoice. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges.
We deliver worldwide except to the United States, Canada and countries or regions subject to UN sanctions. We offer free worldwide shipping except to the United States, Canada and countries or regions subject to UN sanctions. No shipping charge is added to your order or invoice. Available couriers depend on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country.

Warranty periods vary by item or project; the applicable period and any exclusions are shown in the product or supporting order information.
You are responsible for checking the suitability of a part for its intended use and following all supplied fitting, care and safety instructions. Stop using any part that appears damaged, incorrectly fitted or unsafe.

You may view and print content for personal use, but you may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit it without written permission.
